Thank you for shopping at Vibe Vault Toys! We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

1. Returns Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item for a full refund.

2. Item Condition

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

* Unused, unworn, and unwashed.

* In its original packaging.

* All original tags must still be attached.

3. Free Return Shipping & Fees

* We offer free return shipping on all eligible returns. 

* There are absolutely no restocking fees applied to your return.

4. Exclusions

* We do not designate any items as final sale; all products qualify for our standard 30-day return window.

5. How to Initiate a Return

1. Please email us at vibevaulttoys@gmail.com with your order number and the name of the item you wish to return.

2. We will email you a prepaid, printable return shipping label.

3. Pack your items securely in the original packaging, attach the label, and drop it off at the designated shipping carrier.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email confirmation. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original method of payment within 3–5 business days.
